What is distro and how to you get
access? Distro is a private channel that has servers running in it that
are available to people that serve in #0secVCD-SVCD only. Unlike the servers
that you are used to seeing, the servers in distro generally don't have
a queue. You get the files that you want instantly. The way to gaining
access to distro is buy serving movies in #0secVCD-SVCD. Msg an op when
you start serving. After a short time you will be granted access. You must
keep your server running while using the distro. The ONLY exception
to the waiting period would go to T1 connections or higher. If you are
a high speed connection please contact an op immediatly to gain distro
access and begin recieving 0 second transfers.
